Production Description
This tank can be used as a liquid storage tank, temporary storage tank, water storage tank and so on.It is suitable for food, dairy products, fruit juice beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical and biological engineering.
The storage tank is made of stainless steel or carbon steel according to the medium which will be loaded in the storage tank. The capacity can be large or small according to your requirements. And the drawing can be provided after order placed. The painting will be made according to your requirements. All in all, the production is 100% customized.

Reply: Our products are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with GB150 reference standards, safety and Technical Supervision Regulations for pressure vessels and other reference Chinese standards.
Our company has obtained A1, A2 and ISO 9001 quality certification of pressure vessel manufacturing certification. Moreover, we also have the ASME certificate (U, NB steel seal) qualification issued by the American Association of Mechanical Engineers.
3. Question: What is the warranty period for storage tanks?
Reply: Our warranty is one year after delivery. Within one year, if it proves to be our production defect, we will send damaged spare parts as required. In fact, we seldom receive any spare parts replace requirements. If the products are properly maintained, they can be used for 15 - 20 years.
4. Question: How can I choose the suitable packing and shipping?
Reply: Loading conditions by sea transportation:
1.one set 5m3 storage tank load in one 20GP;
2.one set 10m3 (DN1600) storage tank price load in one 20GP;
3.one set 15m3 tank load in one 40HQ;
4.one set 20m3 storage tank load in one 40HQ;
5.one set 30m3 storage tank price load in one 40HQ;
6.40m3, 50m3, 60m3 storage tank should be load in 40FR;
7.More than 60m3 storage tank should be load in bulk vessel, but according to customers special request.
