Feature description
1.Strict quality appraisal of the pressured component materials, appearance dimensions and weld quality, running
quality, installation quality, internal devices and safety accessories of the product.
2.General physical and chemical inspections of tank materials such as: mechanical properties and chemical composition.
3.Welding joints, welding seams, tank heads, and the mutual geometrical position of each pressured component strictly passed X-ray
non-destructive testing and magnetic particle inspection.
4.Testing tests on the tightness, pressure resistance of the product, and various technical indicators that can affect the safe operation of the product.

FRP diesel fuel underground storage tanks with level gauge are popular for their reasonable costs and long life service1. Ø 600 mm (or different dimension if specified by the purchaser) access manhole complete with gasket and bolted cover.
2. Loading access port with lockable quick cap and overfill protection valve. Vent equipped with flame arrestor net.
3. Suction line provided with foot valve and strainer.
4. Aluminium-made dip stick calibrated gauge to measure manually the fuel level.
5. Wide range of mechanical or electronic level gauges.
Horizontal cylindrical diesel fuel storage underground tank of flammable and non-flammable liquids are made by using shell plates and dished ends made in carbon steel Q235B. All FRP storage tanks are hydraulically tested. Tests are pressure tests and are performed to check the inner tank and the interstitial space between the inner and the outer tanks as well. Fuel underground storage tanks are provided with two sockets for the leak detection system in order to permanently monitor the integrity of the tank.Fields of ApplicationSingle-walled tanks are mainly used for:

Reply: Our products are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with GB150 reference standards, safety and Technical Supervision Regulations for pressure vessels and other reference Chinese standards.
Our company has obtained A1, A2 and ISO 9001 quality certification of pressure vessel manufacturing certification. Moreover, we also have the ASME certificate (U, NB steel seal) qualification issued by the American Association of Mechanical Engineers.
3. Question: What is the warranty period for storage tanks?
Reply: Our warranty is one year after delivery. Within one year, if it proves to be our production defect, we will send damaged spare parts as required. In fact, we seldom receive any spare parts to replace requirements. If the products are properly maintained, they can be used for 15 - 20 years.
